Beer pouring robot that can sense when you’re drink is low

A professor and a graduate from Cornell University, USA have developed a robot which can detect when your drink is low and top it up – a new addition to the robot bartender field.

The PR-2 robot uses a Microsoft Kinect scanner to build up a 3D map of it’s environment and anticipate the needs of the people in it including their drinks needs.
